RETURNS

We accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Please contact us  concerning returns. We cannot accept returns if you have not first requested contacted us and inform us of the issues. Items must be received in same condition as they were received and in original packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All shipping fees are non-refundable and we do not cover the cost to ship items back to us. If no shipping was charged, there is a $3.00 per item restock fee. We cannot accept returns on any item received for free.

REFUND

We have a 20 days refund policy. Within those 20 days, we must me notified and order must be returned in order to receive refund. If order has not been returned within those 20 days, there will be no refund issued out. Only product cost will be refunded. Shipping is non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please send us an email right away with a photo of the item so we can send out a complimentary replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion. All items leave us in perfect condition and we want them to arrive that way too! They are packaged securely in an envelope. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order if something was damaged during shipping in order to receive a replacement or refund (at our discretion). Broken items reported to us after 3 days of receiving will not be replaced or refunded. Damaged goods policy is for defective items only and does not cover customer misuse.

 

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM OR ITEM MISSING

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know so we can correct our error immediately. We will resend the correct item or refund you, at our discretion. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please be sure to double check the shipping address you provide at checkout. If your order is returned due to incorrect address, moved (no forwarding info), not picked up, or similar issue due to the fault of the customer, you can choose to pay a $5.95 reship fee or receive a refund of the purchase price you paid (not including any shipping fees).  If your order is returned due to a USPS error, we will reship to the exact address at our cost.  We purchase tracking for every order to be sure you receive your order to the exact address you provide us.
